Overview

About this course

AI coding assistants have changed the game. The gap between 'idea' and 'shipped product' has never been smaller — but most people are barely scratching the surface of what these tools can do. Whether you're a founder who knows what an API is but has never built one, or an engineer leveling up your workflow — this course meets you where you are.

You'll learn to use Codex and Claude Code as true agentic pair programmers: AI that doesn't just autocomplete, but architects, debugs, and ships alongside you.

This is a 4-week hands-on course where you'll learn to build, deploy, and ship a real product using OpenAI Codex and Claude Code. You'll learn how to professionally vibe code — configuring project intelligence files (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md), managing code with Git, building full-stack apps, and deploying to production. Each week builds on the last. By Week 4, you deploy your product live and demo it to the group.

Who this is for

  • Founders, PMs, and operators who understand concepts like APIs and databases and are ready to build
  • Technical professionals who want to go from "I've used ChatGPT" to professional agentic pair programming
  • Engineers who want to ship faster with AI-assisted development
  • Anyone with a basic understanding of how software works who wants to actually build it

The agenda

Week by week

  1. 01

    Saturday, May 9

Setup, Tools & Your First App

Get your environment set up, learn Git, go deep on Codex and Claude Code, and deploy your first app to a live URL — all in one afternoon.

  2. 02

    Saturday, May 16

    Frontend & Authentication

Build real interfaces using AI, add user login, and start building the core of your product.

  3. 03

    Saturday, May 23

    Database, APIs & Payments

Connect a database, build features end-to-end, and integrate Stripe for payments.

  4. 04

    Saturday, May 30

    Launch Day

Deploy to production. Polish. Demo it live. Walk out with a shipped product and the skills to build your next one.

Weekly office hours

Wednesday office hours from 6–7 PM ET every week of the course — drop in, ask questions, get unblocked, and keep building.

Who you'll learn from

Michael Friedberg profile

Michael Friedberg

Senior Software Engineer, Oracle

Senior Software Engineer with a passion for agentic AI systems, automation, and real-world product experimentation. He builds tools that bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and practical, everyday workflows. His work spans multi-agent system design, event-driven architectures, and conversational automation. Outside of his day job, he independently prototypes and ships side projects that explore how autonomous AI agents can solve genuine human problems — from networking to relationship management — at scale.
